This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered at PawlioPets. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed as quickly as possible after purchase. Processing typically takes between one and three business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and handed over to our shipping partners for delivery.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. The following estimates are provided as general guidance only and are not guaranteed:

Orders within Europe typically arrive within five to twelve business days after shipment. Orders to the United States and Canada generally arrive within seven to fifteen business days. Orders to Australia may take between seven and twenty business days, while international orders outside these regions may take between seven and twenty-five business days.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website when available.

Delivery and Risk

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. At that point, we are no longer able to directly control the delivery process.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control. If you experience an issue with delivery, we will do our best to assist you in resolving it with the carrier.

Lost or Delayed Packages

In cases where a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Incorrect Address Information

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately after placing your order so we can attempt to correct it before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes to the delivery address.
